How can I get rid of an old travel trailer?
I have a 1980 travel trailer that I now longer want because we are getting out of the seasonal camping. It has not been moved for atleast 20 years. It is old and probably not worth much. It is Berks County Pennsylvania. Does anyone know if there are junk yards for trailers or someplace I can donate the trailer to that can use it for parts?
I've gotten stuff from Craigslist but didn't think of putting it on there. I just might try that.
How much is the average travel trailer insurance rate?
I am interested in getting a modern (2005 +) travel trailer approx 25-28'. I wanted to know what the average rate would be to insure it. Also, is it a requirement to get it insured?

Is there a deduction for travel trailer used for business?
My husband works for a company that leases his van and pays a monthly lease for it. All expenses are paid by the company on the Van (gas, battery, tires, etc). He works out in the oil field and bought a small travel trailer to stay in while on the jobs due to the fact that some of them are 24/7 for weeks. Is there any deduction for the trailer? He is also paid .00 per diem for meals & lodging. Can't find anyone that knows exactly how to list it or if you would have to report any income. Help!
